Apprenticeship 

Apprenticeship involves imparting skills and knowledge by an authorised institution, for example, a state school, a university or a private company. 

As a rule, at the end of an institutional training course, there is a final examination for the graduate who, after successful participation, receives a document certifying the favourable completion of the training course and proving the qualification acquired.
